At the age of 15, Garry began training as a sheet metal worker, specialising in stainless steel, and was the Factory Foreman by the time he was 21. At age 25 he was Factory Manager for a company specialising in aluminium fabrication and by 30 Garry had his own metal finishing business with over 20 employees.

Garry & Sue have lived in the hills area since the early 70’s. They have five children and four grandchildren between them.

Garry started his real estate career in 1986 in Mundaring. Around that time he joined the Midland Rostrum Club and spent time as treasurer. Garry was also the inaugural president of the Midland Lunch Time Rostrum Club. He is currently a member of the Swan Valley Rotary Club.

Over the past 24 years Garry has won more than 30 industry awards including the prestigious Gold award from the national company he was working for, and has been inducted into the REIWA 15 to 20 Million Dollar Club with sales of $14,185,000 for the year.

Unlike most other real estate reps, Garry has undertaken extensive training and in 2002, was awarded an Associated Diploma in Business Management (Real Estate). Subsequently his business license and Triennial Certificate were issued which entitles him to carry on the business of a real estate & business agent.

Garry has been with Trevor Clark for 10 years and is enjoying all the new challenges in the real estate industry especially the internet.
